These content and community guidelines govern your use of our website https://brochill.com and/or the Brochill mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”) made available by Brochill Internet Private limited (“BroChill”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”).
These Guidelines are to be read with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Please note that we may change these Guidelines from time to time.

- Spam & Fake News: No fraudulent promotions, fake news, or deliberate misinformation.
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
- Tag It Right: Posts should use the most appropriate tag.
- Stay on Topic: Keep discussions relevant to the post caption/tags.
- Be Polite & Courteous: Show respect; do not be rude.
- Fake Profiles: Do not impersonate others. Satire must be clearly labeled.
- Choice of Words: Avoid profanity that insults or inflames.
- Safety & Security: No harassment or hostile behavior.
- Legal Compliance: Respect applicable laws while using our Platform.
- Evading Suspension: Do not attempt to bypass account suspensions.
SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT TERMS
Brochill provides subscription-based access to premium content and features:
- Plans: Multiple subscription plans with recurring billing.
- Payments: Processed securely through third-party gateways like Razorpay, Paytm, UPI AutoPay.
- Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before expiry.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Security: Payments processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways; Brochill does not store sensitive data.
INTERMEDIARY STATUS
We act as an intermediary under Indian law. While we provide a platform, users are responsible for their actions. We may remove reported content that violates these Guidelines.
RIGHT TO CHALLENGE
If your content is removed and you believe this was unfair, you may contact us for a review.
ACTIONS AGAINST VIOLATIONS
Violators may face temporary suspension (up to 360 days) or permanent account termination. We cooperate with legal authorities when required.
