These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://brochill.com and/or the Brochill mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”) made available by Brochill Internet Private limited (“BroChill”, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our”), a private company established under the laws of India having its registered office at Third floor, Ravi chambers, Kavuri Hills, Madhapur, Telangana 500083. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Platform.

These Terms are to be read with the Brochill Privacy Policy and Content & Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use this Platform.

Compliance

Our Services and these Terms are compliant with the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you use our Services outside India, please ensure compliance with your local laws.

Changes to Terms and Services

We may change, add, or remove functionalities without notice. If changes require consent, we will request it. Visit this page regularly for updates.

Who May Use Our Services

Our Platform allows you to share content in regional languages. You must be legally permitted to use these Services. If accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

How to Use Our Services

You must register using your phone number and OTP. The App may access your gallery, storage, and camera (with permission). We do not access other device data without consent.

Privacy Policy

We collect data such as phone number, gender, email, and profile picture. This is stored securely on Linode, AWS, or Google Cloud servers. See the Brochill Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party logins

• Facebook: username, email, profile picture
• Google: name, email, profile picture

User Payment Information

BroChill does not store sensitive payment details. All payments are securely processed by third-party gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, Google Pay, etc.).

Subscription Services

• Plans: Multiple options with different benefits.
• Billing: Payments are processed via third-party gateways and subject to taxes.
• Recurring: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• No Refunds: Except where required by law or processor policy.
• Failure: Payment failures may suspend access until resolved.

Your Commitments

• No impersonation or false details.
• Ensure device security; install antivirus/anti-malware.
• Comply with Content and Community Guidelines.
• No unlawful/illegal use (obscene, hateful, seditious, etc.).
• Respect intellectual property rights.

Permissions

The app may request access to photos/media/files, USB storage, and similar, only for gameplay or quizzes. Data is not shared with third parties.

User Content

All content shared is your responsibility. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it. You remain the owner of your content.

Availability

We do not guarantee that content will always be available. We may remove or block content at any time.

Limitation of Liability
